Pitching Lessons:
My pitching lessons are designed to teach athletes the proper body mechanics that not only maximize performance but also reduce the risk of injury. By focusing on balance, posture, arm motion, and lower-body drive, I help pitchers build a strong, repeatable foundation that allows them to throw consistently in any game situation. From there, we work on developing spins to create movement pitches and increasing speed through strength, timing, and efficiency. Each lesson is tailored to the athlete’s current level, ensuring steady growth in both control and confidence. The goal is to build pitchers who can perform at a high level while protecting their bodies for long-term success in the game.
